Hai my lovely reader...
So, in my quest for beauty I found a Japanese fashion style named Gyaru. Sebutan yang sebenarnya adalah "GirL", more information on Gyaru wikipedia . The first pic that I saw about them is this...
This, lady and gentleman is "Ganguro". Very eye-catching style huh? Kalau nak tahu saya pun baru je tau pasal Gyaru ni, dalam 2~3 bulan yang lalu. So, I pun search la internet and found out many different type of Gyaru. Hime Gyaru, Ganguro, Kogyaru and many more on Gyaru Style I love it coz the style itself can leave a big impression towards other. Big eye, fake eyelashes, dyed hair, deep tan and so on. Conclusion? They have really great fashion senses. Well, enough introduction... here's the thing. I was curious if the style fever strong enough to hit Malaysian citizen since that even korean has a different version of Gyaru, called ulzzang. Means, "best face". So, I search Google and found out that, there's actually a group of Malaysian gyaru called Foruchizu . I was like, "WHAT!!?" O.O
To top it of, they actually got in a NHK Tokyo Kawaii TV show!! How can I don't know that?? And I was actually surprised that we have a famous Gyaru named Chessie and Audrey, here, in Malaysia. They were extremely cute!!!! I want to put their pic in here but I was scared that my hand started to shaking. Haha... but you can find it on Google though. No worries.
Ah, I forgot to mention. I actually did an online survey about Japanese style on Malaysian people. I ask, what are the Japanese style that they know? Gothic lolita, gyaru, kimono and Japanese street style (This is a multiple answer, you can pick several answer) For now, from 19 people, only 5 people (26.32%) know about Gyaru. It is the lowest from all four option. I don't know if Kimono is a style? hehe.. but the reason I make the survey is to look how many people in Malaysia that realize about this style. I hope that more and more Malaysian acknowledge this style. ^^
